We offer a 30-day return policy. Products can be returned up to 30 days after receiving your item and a return is requested.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and assure that we make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products(including special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you desire is to return the item you are dissatisfied with. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you simply desire a different configuration, we can process orders or returns for specific components. You do not have to return the desk and purchase a different one.
We will notify you of your refund once we have received your item and inspected your return. You will be informed whether or not a refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
